These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TrivAir ("the App"), operated by TrivAir ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrivAir, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
TrivAir is an aviation trivia game. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to cheat, or interfere with other users.
TrivAir Premium: A monthly auto-renewable subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Joker Packs: One-time consumable purchases that provide in-game advantages.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices may vary by region. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Subscription Cancellation
To cancel a subscription, go to: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → TrivAir Premium → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in TrivAir, including questions, graphics, and code, is owned by or licensed to TrivAir. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrivAir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar ve Abonelikler
TrivAir isteğe bağlı satın almalar sunar:
TrivAir Premium: Aylık otomatik yenilenen abonelik. Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Joker Paketleri: Oyun içi avantaj sağlayan tek seferlik tüketilebilir satın almalar.
Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple ID hesabınıza yansır. Tüm satın almalar yasanın gerektirdiği durumlar dışında iade edilemez.
4. Abonelik İptali
İptal için: Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler → TrivAir Premium → İptal Et. İptal, mevcut fatura döneminin sonunda geçerli olur.
5. Kullanıcı Hesapları
Hesabınızın ve şifrenizin gizliliğini korumakla yükümlüsünüz. Yetkisiz kullanımdan doğan kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet
TrivAir'deki tüm içerik bize ait veya lisanslıdır. İzinsiz kopyalama, değiştirme veya dağıtım yasaktır.
7. Garanti Reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair garanti vermeyiz.
8. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, TrivAir dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
9. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

2. Использование приложения
TrivAir — игра-викторина об авиации. Вы можете использовать Приложение только в личных некоммерческих целях. Запрещается жульничать или мешать другим пользователям.
3. Внутриигровые покупки и подписки
TrivAir Premium: Ежемесячная автоматически возобновляемая подписка. Подписка автоматически продлевается, если её не отменить за 24 часа до окончания текущего периода.
Оплата списывается с вашего Apple ID при подтверждении покупки. Все покупки являются окончательными и не подлежат возврату, кроме случаев, предусмотренных законом.
4. Отмена подписки
Для отмены: Настройки → Apple ID → Подписки → TrivAir Premium → Отменить. Отмена вступает в силу по окончании текущего платёжного периода.
5. Учётные записи пользователей
Вы несёте ответственность за конфиденциальность своей учётной записи. Мы не несём ответственности за убытки вследствие несанкционированного использования.
6. Интеллектуальная собственность
Весь контент TrivAir принадлежит нам или лицензирован нами. Копирование, изменение или распространение без разрешения запрещены.
7. Отказ от гарантий
Приложение предоставляется «как есть» без каких-либо гарантий.
8. Ограничение ответственности
В максимально допустимой законом степени TrivAir не несёт ответственности за косвенный или случайный ущерб.
9. Изменения условий
Мы можем обновлять Условия в любое время. Продолжение использования Приложения означает принятие новых Условий.
Estos Términos de Uso ("Términos") rigen el uso de TrivAir ("la Aplicación"). Al descargar o usar la Aplicación, aceptas estos Términos.
1. Aceptación de los términos
Al acceder o usar TrivAir, aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la Aplicación.
2. Uso de la aplicación
TrivAir es un juego de trivia de aviación. Puedes usar la Aplicación solo para fines personales no comerciales. Está prohibido hacer trampa o interferir con otros usuarios.
3. Compras y suscripciones en la aplicación
TrivAir Premium: Suscripción mensual con renovación automática. Se renueva automáticamente a menos que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del fin del período actual.
Paquetes de Comodines: Compras únicas consumibles que otorgan ventajas en el juego.
El pago se carga en tu Apple ID al confirmar la compra. Todas las compras son definitivas y no reembolsables, salvo lo que exija la ley.
4. Cancelación de suscripción
Para cancelar: Ajustes → Apple ID → Suscripciones → TrivAir Premium → Cancelar. La cancelación surte efecto al final del período de facturación actual.
5. Cuentas de usuario
Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu cuenta. No somos responsables de pérdidas por uso no autorizado.
6. Propiedad intelectual
Todo el contenido de TrivAir es de nuestra propiedad o está licenciado. Está prohibido copiar, modificar o distribuir contenido sin permiso.
7. Exclusión de garantías
La Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo.
8. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, TrivAir no será responsable de daños indirectos o incidentales.
9. Cambios en los términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado de la Aplicación implica la aceptación de los nuevos Términos.
